Ever feel like a rock star?

The band with Adam is comming along nicely, the songs are getting better, and I'm experimenting with my parts more. We just need a bass player damnit. We work together well, had a practice last thursday and another one tommarow night (technically tonight, blah.) Tonight I went to Matt's casa. Him, Nik, and this dude Spencer and I all jammed in the concept band "Looking For Bucho." It was interesting, we don't have any songs written so it was weird to get in there and try to all play something. Nik had an even harder time trying to sing. He freestlyed though, sang about chocolate chip fudge cookies and masturbation fridays. It was funny. It was hard playing though since we all aqueezed into matt's little bedroom. I also had to use Matt's shitty drums. They are really crappy. I tuned them a little to try and get them to sound better, but whatever.

So I actually have money in my checking account now, with the posibility of more arriving. My dad decided he will pay me to do shit around the house, which includes cleaning, scrubbing, cooking, doing laundry, picking up the kids, watching the kids and what not. It's not the most glamorous job in the world, but pops did put $800 in my bank account, I am very happy! I also FINALLY had an interview @ Best Buy. I called the lady and she was finally there. I went in and had an interview on thursday night. She seemed to be happy with my answers. She told me I would have to meet with the store manager before I could be officially hired, and said it wouldbe "soon." Not sure if this will work out or not, but we'll see what happens. I also got a call from my carpet cleaning neighbor, going to go clean the carpets at the Atherton Public Library with him tommarrow evening. Looks like I'll actually have to go out and buy presents for the family now that I have some money.
